Suggested Uses

• Diffuser / oil burner:
  Add 3–5 drops to your diffuser or oil burner, diluted in water as directed by the device instructions.

• Massage oil:
  Dilute in a carrier oil (such as sweet almond, jojoba or fractionated coconut oil). A typical dilution is up to 2% for adults (around 4 drops of essential oil per 10 ml of carrier oil).

• Bath:
  Blend 3–4 drops with a tablespoon of carrier oil or an unscented bath base before adding to warm bath water.

• Home fragrance:
  Add a few drops to potpourri, unscented candles (following maker guidelines) or DIY room sprays (always properly diluted).
